Well to Work luncheon

Hosted by Mental Health America of Northeastern Indiana. In this motivational and informative keynote address, attendees will be inspired and equipped to address the current mental health crisis in the workplace. Participants will:

  • Learn how addressing mental health in the workplace reduces absenteeism and healthcare costs and increases employee wellness, retention, productivity, and morale.
  • Become informed about the current trends in mental health and addiction and learn tools for prevention, early detection, and referral for appropriate levels of care.
  • Understand how to reduce the shame and stigma around mental health by paying attention to the power of language and creating space for honest and compassionate conversations about mental health.
  • Become instruments of change during the current mental health crisis.
